So I have this work out that I do on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It's supposed to help your strength increase which in turn boosts your metabolism! I've adapted the work out a bit to just the way I like it!
So with this stretch you must bend your front knee and move forward without moving your feet. When using weights (I use 2 lb weights) push forward with them as if you were pushing someone. Do ten with each leg alternating legs.
I think we all know how to do these.:) Do 30
Do just what was implied... squat. Squat as if you were about to sit in a chair. A very low chair!:) When using weights push them out in front of you just like you did with the back lunges. Do 15
You should jog around the room if you can because it puts more muscles in motion, but if you can't just jog in place. Do this for one minute
Running up and down stairs
My least favorite one.:) It puts a lot of muscles to work and you can definitely feel it.:) Go up and down 5 times
Yes this is also as it implies. You are going to lift your rear up and down. You must do this lift it up and say 1,2,3,4,5 and down, but not all the way down just rest it. You will not let it go all the way down until the end of this stretch. Now you say 2,2,3,4,5 and 3,2,3,4,5, and 4,2,3,4,5 and so on. Do this 10 times
Now when you think you're all done........ Repeat all steps shown above!:)
