Here is the next and last, installation of my product review haul.  These are two products I'm really excited about sharing!

Sweet Pea Totes Etsy Shop
I was uber-excited to review a product from this shop.  I had seen a couple of reviews and giveaways about it already, and was itching to review or win one.  They have a variety of products such as clutches, wristlets, totes, and more (they also have patterns to make your own)!
     I was able to review any one of their wristlets, and boy, did I have a hard time trying to pick one out!  After much deliberation, I finally decided on this one...

Now, I just want to start off by saying that Sweet Pea Totes doesn't carry this specific wristlet anymore.  I got the last, sorry!

This is so amazing!  I love it so much!

This wristlet is one of the ones that Sweet Pea Totes sell that fits a kindle inside.  That was one of the reasons I picked it, because I have been thinking about getting a kindle.  That makes this wristlet a little bigger than the average one, which I love!  If I want to carry a wristlet, but I still need room for plenty of  things, this is a lifesaver! 

I absolutely love the print too!  How cute!  When you are buying, remember that the print is fabric, not like a leather.  I was fine with it either way, but I wasn't certain what the floral part was made out of, it's fabric.  The corners and straps are made of a leather-ish material.  That's good, because I'm sure it will prevent lots of wear and tear.

This product is also very well made.  It seems very durable and I haven't had any problems yet.  It has a nice zipper at the top an a mini pocket inside.

The owner was also very nice to work with, and she wrote me a nice note. 

It got to me so fast!!!  I requested this wristlet and within a couple of days, it got here!  That's what I call fast delivery!

I would absolutely recommend checking out the shop, even if you don't intend to buy, it's really fun to look at the products they have!

That's some cute packaging isn't it?

I really like these cards because they are simple yet elegant.  They remind me of snow with the color of the cards, and the the snowflakes on the card and envelope.

There were 6 cards which is an ok amount, it's about how many I'll need.  I really like having cute Christmas cards.  If you like wrapping nice presents their gift tags and cards would be amazing!

The shop owner was very sweet by sending me some extras, I'm not sure if she does it for everyone, but I really appreciated it!

She also sent me a note.  Thanks to Blossom and Twig for allowing me to review their products!

Product Review Haul Part 1

     To start off this review, I would like to apologize to Flat Iron Experts and Eshakti for how long it has taken me to write these reviews.  It's been quite a while. Please check out their Flat Iron Experts website here and Eshakti's website here.

     This is the product that I was sent-

     Here are the before and afters-

     As you can see, the curling iron makes a beautiful full curl.  If you like curls at the end of your hair, that is what this gives you.  The curls did not last through the day as well as I would have hoped, however I think that if I would have used my curl hold spray, it would have stayed much better.

     We had quite an ordeal that happened, so I'll be sure to detail it in full for you.  I wanted a flat iron, but they sent me a curling iron.  The curling iron didn't happen to work, there must have been a problem in the shipment process.

     I emailed the company and asked for a return label.  The first return label did not work, which was not the company's fault, it was the shippers fault.  Flat Iron Experts bought another.  They sent me another label.

      I received the label, and sent back the product.  They sent me another curling iron, this one worked.:)

     I appreciated the company's desire to have me review the product.  The service was clear and concise and very business-like.

     I love the way this product looks.  It is gold, purple, and black, so pretty!  

     I also want to make note that this product heated up a lot and very quickly.

     I  looked at the reviews for this item, and they were all very good, I am going to say the same.

eShakti

     I was given the option to choose a dress from their website, and I actually had a lot more favorite dresses that I saw, but they were disappearing fast, so that shows a lot!  I ended up choosing this dress because it matched a pair of heels that I have perfectly!  I did not like it as much as I had hoped unfortunately... 

     I ordered a customizable dress so that I could give you all a good picture of what eShakti is all about.

     "eShakti began as a small website offering basic cottons and modestly embellished pieces. As we grew, we were tasked with providing design and fit solutions to meet our customers' needs. Today, we are an international fashion design company making custom clothing. Offering both style and fit customization for women size 0 through 36 is the heart of our business."

     I gave them my personal measurements and requested a cap sleeve and sweetheart neckline.  I was very disappointed.  The dress did not feel like it was made for me, the fit was actually pretty bad. It did not flatter my body in the least.

     The neckline was to low so I had to wear a cami under.  I ordered the dress above knee length, and it was below my knees, even though I told them my height.  It really just seemed like it was meant for someone else.  I was very disappointed.

     My mom suggested putting on this belt that she had, and I think it makes a big difference.  Without it, the skirt, billows at the top making my waist look bigger than it is. 

     I also had problems with the zipper because it gets stuck pretty easily.  I was sad about this, because all of the many reviews I have seen before for eShakti, have been very positive.  For a company that claims to make clothes that fit your unique body, it did not fit me as well as most clothes I buy.

SRFS Day 7: Bajmy Review

     Hey everyone!  Today is the last day of the fashion show, can you believe it?!

     Today I'm going to do a long overdue product review (sorry):) for Bajmy!  The winner of the fashion show will be receiving a tester bottle of the same scent that I got of the essential oils perfume "Stella".

     The packaging was very cute as you can see in the pictures.  The bottle was much smaller than I expected, which was a bit of a disappointment.

     The shop owner was very nice to work with.  She was very obliging and courteous.  I had to wait a while for the product because of certain circumstances.  But after looking at customer reviews, I saw that she had very fast delivery to customers and was often given a 5 star rating.

     As to the actual scent, it was ok.  Not great.  Don't get me wrong, I do like it just not a lot.  It's definitely not a product I would rave over, however, the scent did start to grow on me.

     I didn't like the oiliness of the product, but of course, that is what you get when you get an essential OILS perfume.:)

BenitoDream Product Review

     Hi everyone!  Today I am bringing you a product review, sponsored by the lovely etsy shop, BenitoDream!

BenitoDream present fine, colorfull ladies ankle sock - sockettes. Great deal of the collection is made from finest elastic lace fabrics.

     BenitoDream carries a wide variety of footlets.  Don't know what a footlet is?  It's basicly like a sock to wear in flats or heels.  And they're so cute!

     I was sent the below products to review-

Aren't they just adorable?  They also came in very professional (and adorable!) packaging.

     They also had the idea to wear the ones with the flowers on them with open toed heels.

     They are fairly reasonably priced, with the $5-$7ish range

     Talking to the shop owner, Rasa, was a little difficult at times because she is from somewhere in the Europe area I believe, and sometimes her english was a bit broken, but for the most part, no problems.

     I then received the footlets and was SO excited!  BUT.  I had problems.

     Admittedly, I did wear the footlets with flowers under closed toed shoes, which I should have done.  But after wearing them under my shoes for like 3 hours (one time) the flowers started to fray.  And in fact you can see a tiny bit of fraying in the above picture.  I was disappointed that the quality wasn't better.

     I wear a size 7.5 usually, so that's what I asked for.  I don't know if my size got mixed up, or if they just run small, but after wearing just the sock for 2 hours or so, my big toe started to hurt.  I think that if you are ordering a footlet, you should order a size up for the reason below as well.

     In the lacy footlet also, my big toe started hurting.  It also tore.  Now this is after wearing it probably 5 hours.  I was so crushed!

      I think that you would have a lot better results than I did if you got a size up.  I would not however, recommend getting the ones to wear with open toed shoes because they fray much to easily.

I don't usually like any of the kind of jewelry that this shop offers, so I was surprised to see that I really liked it.  

I have to say that she had the cutest packaging!  And a handwritten note which I really appreciated.  To some, packaging may not matter, but I think it sets a really great tone for your business when you do this well.  It looked very professional!

This is the item I was sent to review.  I absolutely love it!  It was a great product!  This is the Gold Isis Anklet which you can find here for fifteen dollars.  I think that it may seem like a high price to some, but the product itself is very quality.  I have been wearing it pretty much all the time since I got it.  The only time I take it off is to go swimming.

My favorite part about the anklet is that you can form to your ankle and however you want it to fit.  It's very comfortable.

I am also very pleased with the way Lady Steel handled her customer service.  Not only was she helpful and kind but she was also prompt.  I have been talking to 4 companies and etsy shops (more product reviews coming!), out of all 4 she was by far my favorite to work with.  Thank you to Lady Steel for that!
